RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES

Dispatch

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days.
If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices quoted do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

€ 7.90 for orders under € 75 to Belgium

  • Free for orders from € 75,-
€ 11.50 for orders under € 100 to NL, FR, DE
  • Free for orders from € 100,-

Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of our partner Bpost/PostNL or DPD.
After sending your package you will receive a tracking code via email with which you can track the delivery of your order

Return

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us in its original condition and packaging with all accessories supplied. To exercise this right, you can request the return via your account (History and details of my orders -> Details) or you can contact our customer service. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

However, we cannot accept products purchased in the sales ("sales" and/or "stock sale") as returns. These sales are 100% final and binding.

Exchange product?

Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact our customer service or via your account (History and details of my orders -> Details).

I have provided the wrong delivery address!

Accidentally entered the wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
